Custom Design and On-Site Tooling
Being a custom mill, we can afford the luxury of precision and top quality as we make all our tooling on-site, giving our customers the satisfaction of knowing they can design their own custom patterns, remodel existing styles, select from our existing stock catalogue, and, with our expert staff on hand, make any application a possibility.
Our State-of-the-Art Mill
L & L Custom Millwork, LLC’s state-of-the-art milling facility is equipped with a Weinig Powermat 500 Moulder, a Weinig KM310 ProfiRip Saw, a profile knife grinder, a corner block machine, and a Baker Re-Saw. All of our moldings are graded out for quality and are available in a variety of species.

Custom Knife Grinding Service
If you can’t find exactly what you are looking for, send us your scaled drawing or sample, and we can duplicate any profile to your specifications. The approximate cost for grinding is $30.00 per inch, rounded up to the nearest inch. Knives remain the property of L & L Custom Millwork, LLC.
Set-Up Charges Explained
Moldings denoted with an “S” are not subject to a setup charge in red oak and poplar. Moldings with a “C” are subject to setup charges in all species.
